How the drops work
How the FUCK My Drops Work
Alright, here’s the lowdown...
I make small batch ceramics by hand in my studio in Lincoln, UK. That means every single mug, butter dish, and sweary little creation is lovingly shaped, fired, glazed, and packed by me. Because of that and because apparently a lot of you love a good bit of filth on your crockery, things tend to sell out fast.
So here’s how it works:
🖕 Made to Order Drops
Once a month, I open up a limited number of spaces for custom orders — mugs, butter dishes, you name it. You choose your text, and I make it just for you. These take about 10 weeks to complete (yes, I know it’s a wait, but they are worth it! I promise)
📦 Ready Made Restocks
Two weeks after that, I do a ready made restock on the website. These are ready made popular pieces or one-off pieces I’ve already made — no waiting, just grab what you fancy.
🔁 Then, two weeks later, we’re back to a new made to order drop and the cycle continues. It’s like a chaotic little pottery calendar of joy.
Important shit to know:
- EVERYTHING happens on the website. No secret lists.
- If it says sold out, it bloody well is — no more spaces until the next drop.
- Stuff goes fast, so if you’re after something, be on the site the moment it drops (or just before)
- Carts do NOT hold items. Putting something in your basket doesn’t secure it — you have to complete checkout and pay for it to be yours.
- If you really want something, it’s best to order that one thing and check out straight away rather than browsing.
- The fastest way to check out is Apple Pay or Google Pay — they massively increase your chances of securing what you’re after.
- Make sure you’re logged in and ready before the drop time. Faffing about with addresses and card details = heartbreak.
- I can’t combine orders, add bits on after checkout, or refund postage for multiple orders. It keeps things fair and reduces errors my end.
- Want to stay in the know? Sign up to my emails — that’s where I give all the juicy updates, exact drop times, reminders and general swearing.
Thanks for loving what I do. You’re all fucking legends.
