Do you ship overseas?

    HOORAY – I now ship to the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. Unfortunately I have had to stop shipping to other EU countries including Northern Ireland due to the new GPSR legislation.

      Customs

        As the customer, it is your responsibility to pay any custom, import or handling fees. 
         

        When will my item be shipped?

          I aim to get orders packaged up and sent out within 5 working days. 

          When will my order arrive?

            UK – I currently send all orders via Royal mail 2nd class. This usually takes 2-5 working days but can take longer during busy periods. You can also choose 1st class tracked for quicker delivery.

            International shipping – All items are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Their website advises that this takes around 7-10 working days but please keep customs in mind as sometimes they can keep hold of parcels for longer than expected. Please also keep in mind that parcels can take longer to be delivered during busy times like Christmas. I cannot take any responsibility for any delays. If you have any queries about your items, please feel free to contact me. You will also be emailed with a tracking number once your item is posted so you can keep an eye on this by clicking the link.

            Are your items handmade?

              Absolutely! Every item is handmade and hand glazed by myself in my little studio in Lincolnshire, UK. Some items may have imperfections but this is what makes them unique and one of a kind.

              Do you take custom orders?

                Yes! if you’re looking for something personal then you can order from then MADE TO ORDER section. If you're looking for something more unique then just pop me an email or message me on one of my socials and we can discuss what it is you are looking for. 

                Can I collect my order?

                  Yes of course! If you are local to Lincoln and find its better for you to collect then please email me once you've made your purchase and I can refund the delivery charge. We can then discuss a time and day when best suits for collection. My studio is in Waddington, just outside of Lincoln. If you need your item on the same day then please contact me before ordering.

                  Do you sell your work on any other sites or social media accounts?

                     No. I only sell my work via my website, my instagram page and some local markets. There are a lot of scam accounts going round using artists reels and photos to sell on social media ads. Please be vigilant and report any ads you see ‘selling’ my work. I also don't sell via ads. 

                    What happens if my item is broken whilst in transit?

                     Don't worry! The first thing to do is to take photo's of the parcel and then the broken item and send to me via email - hello@iddybiddytitty.co.uk. Everything is sent out insured so we are covered and can discuss what you would like to do going forward :)
