Do you ship overseas?
HOORAY – I now ship to the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
Unfortunately I have had to stop shipping to other EU countries including Northern Ireland due to the new GPSR legislation. - Update! I am now looking in to shipping to other EU countries so hopefully this will be an option again soon!
Customs and Import taxes
If you are ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees when it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Unfortunately, I have no control over these costs and can’t predict what they might be, as every country has its own rules and thresholds. I also can’t mark orders as “gifts” or alter the customs value, as this is against the law.
If you’re unsure about the possible charges, I recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order so there are no surprises when your parcel arrives.
When will my item be shipped?
I aim to get orders packaged up and sent out within 10 working days.
When will my order arrive?
UK – I currently send all orders via Royal mail 2nd class. This usually takes up to 7 working working days (plus packing time) but can take longer during busy periods. You can also choose 1st class tracked for quicker delivery. (Don't forget packing time on top)
International shipping – All items are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Their website advises that this takes around 7-10 working days but please keep customs in mind as sometimes they can keep hold of parcels for longer than expected. Please also keep in mind that parcels can take longer to be delivered during busy times like Christmas. I cannot take any responsibility for any delays.
Please note: It’s a really busy time of year for deliveries, so shipping may take a little longer than usual. Tracking information is automatically emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched — this can sometimes land in your spam or junk folder, so please check there too.
The tracking email will include the delivery service handling your parcel, along with their contact details. If you need help or updates regarding delivery, please reach out to the courier directly, as they’ll have the most accurate and up-to-date information. I can only see the same tracking updates that you receive.
Are your items handmade?
Absolutely!
Each piece is lovingly handmade, meaning no two are ever exactly the same. Please expect some slight imperfections, as every piece is hand made and hand glazed. Each item is unique — no mug, pot, sculpture (or anything else I make) will ever be identical.
You may notice little quirks, variations in glaze, or slight wonkiness — these aren’t flaws, but part of what makes handmade ceramics so special. Unlike factory-made products, every piece has its own character and individuality.
If you’re looking for “perfect” and uniform, this may not be for you — but if you love the beauty of something truly unique, made slowly and by hand, you’ll adore your piece.
How does ordering work?
I now restock bi-weekly, and stock tends to sell out very quickly, so it’s best to be prepared!
Here’s the schedule:
- Around the start of each month, I release a Made to Order drop which will be spaces for made to order items.
- Around two weeks later, there’s a Ready Made restock with more pre-made items ready to ship.
If a Made to Order item says “Sold Out”, that means all available slots have already been taken for this round. More spaces will open in the next drop.
To stay in the loop and increase your chances of grabbing what you want, sign up to the email list—you’ll get early updates about restocks, new drops, and available spaces.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! if you’re looking for something personal then you can order from then MADE TO ORDER section on my website. If you're looking for something more unique then just pop me an email and I will see if if it's something I can fit in.
Do you sell your work on any other sites or social media accounts?
What happens if i missed my delivery and it has been returned?
If a delivery attempt is missed and the parcel is not collected or rescheduled in time, it may be returned to me. Unfortunately, I can’t cover the cost of resending items in these cases, so if your order is sent back, you’ll need to pay for postage again as well as any customs/import fees before I can re-ship it.
Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout and that someone is available to receive the parcel, or that you collect it promptly from your local depot to avoid delays and extra charges.
What happens if my item is broken whilst in transit?

UK -
2nd class tracked - starts from £5.50 and increases slightly based on weight - this is calculated at checkout
1st class tracked - starts from £7.50 and increases slightly based on weight - this is calculated at checkout
International shipping - Starts from £25 and increases slightly based on weight - this is calculated at checkout
All items are sent insured and packaged really BLOODY well! So there should be no issues in transit.

Can I return my order?
I want you to love your order, but I understand sometimes things don’t work out.
Made to Order & Seconds Items
Please note that any Made to Order or Seconds pieces are non-refundable. These items are handmade specifically for you or sold at a discounted price due to minor imperfections, so I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges on them.
All Other Items
If you’d like to return an item that isn’t Made to Order or a Second, it must be:

Returned in its original, unused condition
